Refund policy

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing contact@forgeshadow.com with your order number. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending it back; we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Original outbound shipping is not refunded for these returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us and we will cover any return shipping required to resolve the issue. These costs are not deducted from refunds for unshipped orders that are cancelled.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect a return, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the credit. This return policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

3D printed finish

Fine layer lines are part of the advertised 3D printed finish. Product pages describe the material, color and included items; accessories shown for styling are excluded unless specifically listed.
