Forge Shadow terms of service

These terms apply to the Forge Shadow website and purchases made through it. Forge Shadow is operated by Heavy Operator LLC in Safford, Arizona. For product, order, shipping or return questions, email contact@forgeshadow.com. Please include your order number when contacting us about an order.

Product information and orders

Review the product description, material, color, dimensions, included items and image disclosures before ordering. Fine layer lines are part of the advertised 3D printed finish. Accessories shown for styling are excluded unless the product page specifically lists them as included.

Products are offered subject to availability. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Please check your contact details and delivery address before placing an order.

Shipping and cancellations

Forge Shadow currently ships within the United States. Each available product page states whether an item is ready to ship or made to order, together with its dispatch estimate. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Tracking is provided when an order ships.

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. You may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing contact@forgeshadow.com with your order number. See our Shipping policy for delivery information.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original condition; customers pay return postage, and original outbound shipping is not refunded. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us and we will cover any return shipping required to resolve the issue. These costs are not deducted from refunds for unshipped orders that are cancelled. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect a return; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
